COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ann Arbor INX6PB-TFT-RTS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seicos-/-Hitachi-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jetter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seicos-/-Hitachi-Seiki such as the P22II spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NUM25G manufactured by Jetter and we are pleased to be able to service most Jetter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Panelmate by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kem-Kuppers-Gmbg Brand MEM20023020000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as IPC577 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MV10MV10 made by Exor as well as the popular MMPMD14T0C original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MU45C by Cinetic-Automation-Estic and IPC577 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPMF2400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
